We warmly invite you to a weekend of exploration, connection, and transformation from November 17th to 19th, in the tranquil environs just outside Austin, TX. This gathering brings forth the synergy between encode.org’s PowerShift™ Ecosystem and EntheoWork,

Join us for the soft launch of the PowerShift™ Ecosystem, a bold initiative that reshapes our interactions with purpose-centered governance, fostering a culture of transparency, autonomy, and mindful engagement.

As dusk settles on November 18th, step into a mystical entheogenic journey curated by EntheoWork. This journey, designed to foster a deeper connection with one’s inner self, is a pathway to embracing a life filled with intention, power, and purpose.

This gathering is a doorway to forming a community of like-purposed individuals, dedicated to nurturing a new style of collaboration, innovation and impactful change. It’s an invitation to become part of a movement, engage with contributors and prospective members, and create a future resonating with authenticity and powerful expressions of purpose. 

Registration is open, but space is limited. We can accommodate no more than 40 attendees, and we are limited to a total of 20 overnight sleeping arrangements Saturday evening. Nearby hotels are available for those arriving on Friday or requiring sleeping accommodations beyond the 20 at the venue. 

We are excited to meet each one of you, share stories, learn from each other, and create a reality reflective of the PowerShift™ Principles in action. Let’s come together to sow the seeds of a transformative Ecosystem, making strides towards a future where every interaction is meaningful and every endeavor is purpose-driven.

EntheoWork is a registered nonprofit charitable organization committed to its transformative mission. We appreciate and welcome tax-deductible donations from our community to sustain and advance our work. We encourage registrants to contribute at a level that aligns with their means and passion for our mission. You can support us at various levels, starting from the budget-friendly EntheoWork Event Supporter at $50, the Impact Builder at $100, the Visionary Catalyst at $500, and our PowerShifter Ecosystem Sponsor at $2,000 or more. Additionally, for those who may not be able to contribute financially at this time, we offer an accessible $5 tier of participation, because we value your presence and engagement.
