EntheoWork offers personalized, safe, and transformative entheogenic journeys designed to help individuals connect with their inner selves, explore their deepest gifts, and express their purpose in life. Our goal is to help our members shift their mindsets and perspectives, empowering them to live their lives and do their work with more intention, power, and purpose. We focus on community connections and provide comprehensive support and resources to help our members integrate their experiences to sustain positive changes in their lives.

A Community of Direct Experience

WE UNDERSTAND that entheogens are made manifest by Divine Reality for all humans, regardless of religion, race, sex, or gender, so that we may partake in a direct experience with the truth of Divine Reality itself.

 

WE EXPERIENCE that by ritual and ceremonial use of entheogens, our members are able to access their divinity from within.

 

WE UNDERSTAND through direct experience that sacramental use of entheogens within an appropriate spiritual context is far from being harmful to the mind or detrimental to the health of an individual or of society at large.  On the contrary, sacramental use is beneficial.  It catalyzes durable spiritual development and personal transformation. It creates a profoundly felt sense of one’s connection to the universe, and a deeper understanding of one’s work in the world.  

 

WE EXPERIENCE love and connection to all things and understand this feeling is enhanced and better revealed through the sacramental consumption of entheogens. More specifically, sacred consumption often evokes mystical experiences, which take us to higher spiritual realms/dimensions where we interact with Divine Reality and other spiritual manifestations. This higher spiritual realm can become more accessible for humans through the sacramental use of entheogens.

WE UNDERSTAND through direct mystical experiences that we are able to seek guidance and receive answers to specific and life-altering questions. Additionally, we understand that mystical experiences induced by the sacramental consumption of entheogens unite us through love, understanding, and greater connectivity to other beings in the universe.

 

WE EXPERIENCE through sacramental consumption of entheogens that the overarching message of Divine Reality is: Unconditional Love.  It is the most powerful force in the universe and is the underlying nature and essence of Conscious and its Contents or Divine Reality.

 

WE UNDERSTAND that sacramental use of entheogens teaches and empowers us to become more in tune with and more related to the planet.  Specifically, we experience the sacred use of entheogens helps to restore a more symbiotic relationship with nature. As such, we understand that, to the best of our ability and as practical, we conduct ourselves in such a way as to respect and preserve all of nature as a direct expression of the Divine and encourage others to do the same.

 

WE UNDERSTAND and are aware that the sacramental use of entheogens is a very ancient practice, perhaps dating back to more than 100,000 years ago. Regarding Ayahuasca and San Pedro, ancient practices and ceremonies date back over 2,000 years ago. To the best of our ability, we honor and align around these ancient and sacred practices.

Mark Boughton is an entrepreneur, coach and consultant who specializes in working with companies in the Psychedelic Medicine space. He is passionate about community building, and creating spaces for humans to connect and deepen in their work and purpose together.

CHRISTIANE SEUHS-SCHOELLER

Christiane is a seasoned entrepreneur, a global pioneer in the field of self-organization, the power shift, and in purpose-guided work. She has spent the past 10+ years striving to better understand the shift in power systems triggered by self-organization and its effect on the people concerned. Following the call of her own personal purpose—“The unification of love and power”— led Christiane to let go of old stories and to embrace the liberation of what emerges in their place–an experience that led eventually to writing her book New Stories of Love, Power, and Purpose; A Global Invitation to Experiment With the Unknown. The strong sense of purpose alignment inspired Christiane to become a Founding-Member and Partner of PowerShift Journeys.

TOM THOMISON

Thomas Thomison is a seasoned entrepreneur and enterprise builder: Birthing power-shifted organizations, cultivating decentralized communities, and rewriting the rules of capital, work, and relationships.

A co-founder of HolacracyOne, LLC, in 2007, Thomas helped develop and mature Holacracy® into a leading replacement for conventional management power hierarchies.

In 2015, he co-launched encode.org llc to upgrade underlying business legal, capital, and social structures with the same self-organizing principles embedded in practices like Holacracy®.

In 2019, encode.org launched PowerShift Capital LLC, an organization focused on sourcing and deploying resources for purposeful power-shifted projects. And in 2020, encode.org birthed PowerShift People, LLC, to create a global community of independent, purpose-aligned workers.

Thomas identifies more as an experimentalist – living into principles and practices that change how individuals work, earn a living, and relate with one another.

ANDREW VENEZIA

Andrew Venezia is an Integral theorist, researcher, and practitioner, in Gent, Belgium. He has a Master’s degree in Integral Theory, for which he conducted two-years of research into Intersubjective Awareness Practices. He is a co-founder of Felicity Consulting and progenitor of the practice of We/Dreaming, which draws on Tibetan Buddhism, Focusing, Integral Psychology, subtle energy, We Space, Integral Polarity Practice, and other approaches in service of birthing a culture of generativity.
